In All The Wrong Places
I have been guilty of this: Looking For Answers In All The Wrong Places.
There are times that we are searching. Searching for answers in all the wrong places. We seek our friends, we seek out family members. It's like we turn to resources that don't always have our best interest at heart. It's not until we get desperate or stuck, till we turn to God.
It’s like we keep missing it. We always forget to seek God. Once I started finding myself in similar situations and nobody's advice was helping, I started to step back. Stepping back was enlightening. I stopped listening to everyone else and I started hearing God. I stopped hearing the "Fake Voices" and the "Under the Breath" comments. You have to remember not everyone is your cheerleader. Not everyone has been in your situation. Not everyone is Qualified to give you the guidance that you need.
Ask yourself
- How often do you find yourself in similar situations?
- How often do you feel frustrated about life?
- How often do you take the time out and think about the issues in your life?
Stop searching in areas that have no answers. Now is the time to start evaluating your resources.
