What kind of energy are you holding on to?

Recently., I have been feeling extremely heavy. Not physically heavy but mentally heavy. I was trying to figure out what in the world was going on with me. Then I realized that I have to be careful taking in energy that doesn’t belong with me.

Sometimes we get involved in everyone’s problems and issues. We get wrapped up in the negative energy that comes with that. Listen, it’s perfectly fine to be a listening ear for someone, however, make sure you can separate energies.

I was also feeling mentally heavy is because I was allowing other’s actions to shake me up. Yeah, I’m definitely not doing that anymore. Remember you can’t control what other people do. You can control your space! You can control how you respond!

Take control over your life. Don’t be mentally draining because of someone else. One of the things that helped me is that every time I started to feel mentally heavy, I would breathe in everything that I’m believing for. I would breathe in peace, happiness, and joy. Then, I let out all of the BS and we know what that is!
