Recharge
Sometimes you’re just not feeling it. You are entitled to those moments. Those moments to where you just need a break. Heck maybe even a nap. However, I always tell people do what is best for you.
Your sanity and peace are worth more than anything.
We all get tired. We all need a break. We all get overwhelmed. That is absolutely ok.
I get moments where I need what I call a breather. A mini break from everything and everyone. I call it my 3 hours to unplug. I literally unplug for 3 hours. No social, no people, nothing and just sit. Me sitting and just relaxing always puts me in the right mood. I’m always ready to go after my 3 hours. I’m ready to thrive. Recharge yourself before you hit a wall. It’s ok.
This week if you are feeling all over the place or overwhelmed, take an hour to yourself and just sit. There is peace in stillness.
